Our Commission Book for 2023 is now Open!

 

/Our Commission slots for 2022 are fully booked but we are accepting orders for 2023. Please be aware that spaces are limited due to existing commitments.

/Commissioning Portraits & Bespoke Artwork couldn’t be easier.

Simply contact Seonaid to discuss your requirements and confirm details. Browse through our website Galleries to help you decide the type and style of artwork you like. 

High quality digital (or non digital) photographs are required for portraits and these should be clear, in focus and taken in natural light where possible.

Sending your photographs to Seonaid via email is the safest option but where this is not possible send them to her by mail or on

 

CD. All photos will be returned with your portrait. Commissions are only agreed when photos have been approved as suitable.

 

/You will receive digital updates of how your artwork is progressing to ensure you are happy with your commission. 

 

/Payment and Deposit: Once a commission has been confirmed, a 25% non-returnable deposit is required to secure your place in

Seonaid's work schedule. At this point Seonaid can give you an estimated  completion date for your portrait/artwork.

Payment can be made via PayPal or by cheque (UK only made payable to Seonaid Clarke ).  Artwork is dispatched on receipt of full payment.

 

/Delivery:  Within the UK artwork is normally sent using Royal Mails Special Delivery service. This guarantees next working day delivery in most cases. All overseas artwork is sent using Royal Mail Airsure or courier where time of delivery can vary between 5 and 8 days. These services include insurance against loss or damage in transit.
